EUGENE, Ore. – Meet Roscoe, a young and handsome charmer of a pup who is looking for an active forever family!
According to the Greenhill Humane Society, Roscoe’s happy nature is evident through his goofy grin as well as his charming and outgoing demeanor. Roscoe’s ideal family is one that enjoys lots of outdoor adventures, as this 43-pound year-old mixed breed absolutely adores playing fetch. After a full day of play, Roscoe is happy to plop down next to his people on the couch for a nap. Roscoe is also a smart boy, is adept at learning new tricks, and, while he loves to play with other dogs, Greenhill staff say any current dog siblings should be brought to the shelter for a meet and greet and that Roscoe is looking for a kitty-free home. Roscoe is good with kids who can respect his space. As part of the Foster-to-Adopt program, an interested family can foster him to see if he’s a good match prior to adoption. Greenhill staff also said that Roscoe is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on his vaccines prior to adoption.
Roscoe was Tuesday’s Pet of the Week on KEZI 9 News. Every Tuesday, KEZI showcases a homeless pet during the 6 p.m. broadcast.
