The Dogathon kicked off bright and early at 7 AM, with an infectious buzz in the air as dog lovers and their furry friends gathered at HUFT’s Kalyani Nagar store. From excited barks to wagging tails, over 30 people along with their pets participated. The energy was palpable as participants embarked on a 2-kilometre walk with their pets. The walk ended back at the store.
With over 1000+ pet parents and their pets walking in multiple cities, raising over INR 5Lakh through the cause. Proceeds from the event will go toward the organization’s initiatives, including street dog sterilization programs, vaccination drives, collaring drives, feeding drives, distribution of water bowls and rescue missions. HUFT’s dedication was evident in the overwhelming participation and the passion of its volunteers, who worked tirelessly to ensure the event ran smoothly. The event fostered a strong sense of community, with pet parents exchanging stories, sharing advice, and making new friends.
