DENVER — Pet Releaf, a brand of CBD products for dogs and cats, announced Oct. 26 it has launched Pet Releaf University, an online training platform for its retailer partners. The program aims to equip retailers with knowledge behind Pet Releaf’s products so they can better educate customers.
The Pet Releaf University platform includes training modules with the chance to win prizes and rewards. The company has also assigned support specialists, including a customer service support specialist, a sales specialist and a marketing specialist, to each store where its products are sold to support this educational overhaul.
“At Pet Releaf, we are committed to providing the highest level of support to our retail partners,” said Chelsea Gennings, co-founder of Pet Releaf. “We believe that well-informed and supported retailers are essential to delivering our mission of improving pets’ lives through the power of CBD. Pet Releaf University and our dedicated specialists are just some of the ways we are investing in our valued stores.”
