If you meet these requirements or if you participated in the training, please submit a confirmation letter, dog and cat health record, microchip number, and ID card to the governor of your bag or khoroo.

People are becoming the legal owner of the animal after reviewing the documents and entering them into the registration system.
When registering as a guardian of dogs and cats in places other than cities and towns, documents proving that guardians have attended training are not required.
The registration system is a unified fund related to the creation, change, and termination of the rights and obligations of dog and cat guardians and foster care centers.
