Pets have to be registered

People are becoming the legal owner of the animal after reviewing the documents and entering them into the registration system. When registering as a guardian of dogs and cats in places other than cities and towns, documents proving that guardians have attended training are not required. The registration system is a unified fund related to the creation, change, and termination of the rights and obligations of dog and cat guardians and foster care centers.
