The Chandigarh Police has booked an owner of Pitbull in an alleged case of dog bite.
The victim alleged that the accused let the dog on him to attack, following an altercation.
The police have registered an FIR under Section 289 (negligent conduct with respect to animal) of the IPC at Sarangpur police station, Chandigarh, against Rajinder Singh, owner of the Pitbull, which bit the complainant, Prem Singh, 21, on June 12.
