Video footage captured a man kicking a dog while he was walking the pet on Sunday in Lancaster, police said.
Police are asking for the public’s help in finding the man responsible for the abuse, which reportedly happened around 9 p.m. Sunday on the 600 block of Marietta Avenue.
The man was wearing a red jacket, a red cap and black pants, according to police. Police said he kicked a small white dog he was walking multiple times.
Lancaster police are asking anyone with information on the man’s identity to call their department at 717- 735-3300.
