Congress leader Rahul Gandhi recently shared who his mother and party supremo Sonia Gandhi’s favourite child is. It is neither he nor his sister Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, but their pet dog Noorie.
Sharing adorable photos of his mother and the Jack Russell Terrier, Rahul wrote, “Mum’s favorite? Clearly, Noorie.” The viral images show Sonia Gandhi carrying the pet dog on her back.

With nearly a million likes, the post garnered numerous reactions as social media users adored the photos. Reacting to it, a user wrote, “Cuties! btw, how’s your BFF Yassa? We haven’t gotten an update on him yet, hope he’s healing & doing well.” Actor Richa Chadha dropped a heart emoji on the post.

Noorie became a part of the Gandhi family in 2023. In a YouTube video, Rahul had shared that he adopted Noorie from a dog kennel in Mapusa, North Goa. The video captured the moment he introduced Noorie to his mother.
In May, Rahul Gandhi shared a heartwarming video of his other pet dog Yassa and urged people to send love and support during his sickness. The politician revealed that Yassa suffered a severe gastric infection. In the viral video, he was seen playing with Yassa under a tree and the dog enjoying a belly rub.
