Kochi: In a bizarre incident, a former Naval officer and his children were allegedly beaten up while they were walking their pet dog in Kadavanthra by their neighbours. Later, a man was arrested in connection with the incident by the South Police.
The arrested person has been identified as Harikumar (30), a native of Mattammal at Kadavanthra here.

The two sons of former naval officer Abhishek Ghosh Roy were walking their pet dog last Friday evening when the dog barked at their neighbours to which they objected, leading to an altercation.
According to the police, when Abhishek Ghosh came to inquire about the matter after his children informed him about the fight, Harikumar and two of his relatives beat them up.
A search is on to nab the two relatives of Harikumar.
