Floor 13 is excited to announce the launch of “Scrim on the Run,” Madison Hannan's debut children's book. The official event will be held on Sunday, March 16, from 10 a.m. to noon at Floor 13 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
This special event goes beyond a typical book signing as it also serves as a fundraiser and pet adoption event benefiting local animal rescues. Attendees will have the chance to meet the author, purchase signed copies of “Scrim on the Run,” and connect with rescue organizations on-site facilitating pet adoptions.
The book’s creation began when Holis Hannan, owner of Floor 13, encouraged her niece, Madi, to write a story about Scrim’s journey. The project quickly gained momentum when Scrim was found, inspiring the fast-tracked production of the book.
