SILOAM SPRINGS, ARK. — Simmons Pet Food shared on Feb. 22 it has named Jacob Rogers senior vice president of pet food sales. Rogers joins the company with more than 25 years of leadership experience.
Most recently, Rogers served as senior vice president and head of US sales at Hain Celestial. During his six-year tenure with Hain Celestial, Rogers was tasked with building teams, fostering a positive sales culture and delivering results for the company. He has held numerous positions in CPG sales, marketing and commercial strategy throughout his career.
“We are thrilled to add Jacob to our Simmons Pet Food leadership team,” said Scott Salmon, president of Simmons Pet Food. “He is a people-first leader with the right experience to serve our customers and grow our business.”
Rogers will lead a team comprised of Holly Davis and Anthony Biggers, vice presidents of sales, and Charles Theriault, senior manager of customer service, to support Simmons Pet Food’s sales goals.
Rogers received his bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from East Carolina University. He currently resides in Fayetteville with his family, including a goldendoodle named Henry.
