Skittles at Ahimsa Haven – Nashoba Valley Voice

Skittles are a tasty treat, and Skittles the tabby cat has an equally-varied purr-sonality. Currently at Ahimsa Haven, this young (two years old) feline has silver/black stripes and is “always ready to share a warm purr or a playful paw tap.” She’s got a sassy side, but she’s ready to be loyal to her purr-son or fur-mily.

In my experience, tabby cats (the state cat of Massachusetts, by the way) can be brilliant, funny, and excellent companions. Skittles needs to be the only queen in her realm, however, and small children are not a good fit.

Visit AhimsaHaven.org to fill out an application. All cats ready to be adopted are spayed/neutered, have age appropriate shots, are micro-chipped, dewormed/deflead, and FEL/FIV tested. If you can’t adopt, please share this story.
