STACEY Solomon has been left heartbroken after her family dog was rushed to vets for urgent surgery.
Presenter Stacey, 35, told fans rescue pooch Teddy, who fell suddenly ill on Thursday, may not survive the operation, with the next few days being critical to his recovery.

Sharing a tender photo of herself kissing Teddy’s head, Stacey wrote on Instagram: “Our darling Teddy. Teddy became suddenly unwell on Thursday.
“It turns out he has a predisposed condition we had no idea about as he was a rescue.
“He has been operated on by incredible vets and the next 3-4 days are crucial for him to get through, even then, he might not ever fully recover.
“We are praying and hoping so hard that he pulls through & that we can care for him in the best way we possibly can to give him the best life he can have.

“We are all truly devastated. He is the sweetest, most protective, loving dog. He’s our family.
“And far too young to be going through this. We love you Ted. So so much. Pickle cottage is far too quiet without you. I miss my toilet buddy. Peanut is so sad without his best friend.”

Stacey, who has five children – Zachary, Leighton, Rex, Rose and Belle – shares her youngest three with her husband Joe Swash.
The couple live at their Essex home, affectionately called Pickle Cottage, along with their beloved pets including dogs Teddy and Peanut, and their cat Princess.
They currently have their own fly-on-the-wall BBC reality series, titled Stacey and Joe.
Viewers have already seen the ex EastEnders actor break down in a candid chat with his wife while discussing the challenges he’s faced with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder).
Stacey previously confessed viewers would see “domestics” between her and Joe.
And this proved to be true, as the pair were seen clashing on screen over parenting issues.

The X Factor (2009): Stacey competed in series six of long-running ITV singing competition The X Factor. During her time in the show, she was mentored by Danni Minogue in the ‘Girls' category. The star finished in third place, behind Joe McElderry and Olly Murs.
I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here (2010); In late 2010, Stacey headed to the infamous I'm A Celeb Aussie jungle. After 21 days, she triumphed to win the tenth series. It was through I'm A Celeb that she met future husband Joe Swash – who'd won two years earlier and was hosting the ITV2 spinoff.
Celebrity Juice (2011―2013, 2016―2019): The star appeared as a panellist on 21 episodes of the comedy panel game show hosted by Keith Lemon. Stacey was a regular in the 21st series, broadcast in 2019.
Loose Women (2016 – present): Stacey has been a permanent panel member of the daytime show since 2016. She previously made guest appearances in 2011 and 2012.
Sort Your Life Out (2022 -present): This BBC show sees Stacey, with the help of an expert team, transform participants' living spaces after removing clutter.
