BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – The Southern University Ag Center is hosting a free vaccine clinic for cats, dogs and ferrets on Wednesday, November 6.
From 3 p.m. until 6 p.m., pet owners can head over to the lawn of Fisher Hall on Southern’s campus as part of the Ag Center’s week of events geared towards community outreach.
The animals will receive their core vaccines including the rabies vaccine during the clinic.
Southern University Pre-Veterinary Medicine students will also have an opportunity to obtain hands-on experience during the event.
