I hear the 62-year-old actor has had to apply for official permission to allow his new girlfriend Ana de Armas's pets to stay at his Knightsbridge apartment.
Sources say the plush London property has strict rules requiring animals to have clearance. Ever the action hero, Cruise is said to have personally filed the paperwork – no stunt double needed – to make sure Ana's pets feel at home.
‘Tom's done high-speed chases, skydives, and dangling off skyscrapers – but this might be his most unexpected challenge yet,' a source joked. ‘The dog's adorable, but the paperwork? Not so much.'
De Armas has two dogs, a Maltese named Elvis and a Spanish water dog called Salsa.
On Elvis's 17th birthday in March, she posted: ‘I love you more than you will ever know.'
