Unfortunately, not all cats are nice, and the Cat Mask Seller is one of the most evil cats in anime. He takes advantage of a young girl's feelings and broken heart and coerces her into becoming a cat forever, while he takes her human mask away, leaving Miyo stuck in a cat form.
Miyo ends up severely hurt due to the Cat Mask Seller's actions, who later refuses to turn her back into a human. He continues to act despicably as he traps Miyo and Hinode, trying to take their lifespan for his sake. His selfish and deceptive nature makes him an excellent villain cat.
9 Happy
Happy is a stereotypical comic cat that particularly expresses his distaste for dogs and love for fish. He can bring out a few laughs from those watching him with his fun character. Despite being a silly cat, Happy has been a reliable and caring pet partner to Natsu. Though, you will still find him roasting many of his allies.
He also seems to show deep concern for Natsu when he acts restless. Happy is a good fighter as well, with excellent agility, and he has shown constant support in various battles. However, he also tends to suggest running away from tough adversaries, making him a sensible companion.

Usagi is shown to be quite clumsy in the Sailor Moon anime, but Luna who is her trustworthy companion, is sure to keep her in check. This feline stays through thick and thin and fights alongside Usagi against many strong adversaries. Luna's character is memorable due to her tenacity in the series.
