The Humane Society for Tacoma & Pierce County is offering $14 adoption fees for all adult dogs and adult cats (aged 2 years and older), and critters of all ages from Feb. 13-18.

The shelter currently has over 50 dogs, 25 cats, and 20 critters available for adoption at their facility and in foster homes.

One of the many dogs waiting for a loving home is Candy. Candy is a sweet and spirited 4-year-old pit bull mix who is sure to bring a lifetime of love to her adopted family.

Every adoptable pet has had a wellness exam from shelter staff, been spayed or neutered, received their initial vaccines, and is microchipped with national registration.
