POLOKWANE – The Stable Yard, in partnership with DBV SPCA, hosted a dog walk and 5km trail run last Thursday, drawing dog lovers and the community together for a day of fun, fitness and furry friends.
The scenic trail showcased brought attention to animal welfare in an engaging way.
While many brought their four-legged companions, others participated without pets to show their support for the cause.
Treat stations along the route delighted the dogs, and the event’s spirit of inclusion extended across all ages and backgrounds.
A standout moment came with the participation of André van Zyl, who travelled from Ireland just to join the fun.
Thanks to generous sponsorships, the event was a resounding success.
