ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Rochester-based organization ‘The Vineyard Farm’ is continuing to assist those in our unhoused community. Now the group is working to build a kennel and warming center for dogs and cats.
These are pets of the people ‘The Vineyard Farm’ helps out in the unhoused community. The animals are being relocated from the main building at the ‘HUB’ to the gazebo where the warming spot will be put up.
The group is in need of five large crates for dogs, animal food, and mostly people to help walk, look after, and give them some extra love during the transition.
At one point during the gathering today announcing the need for donations, someone from the audience spoke out offering a suggestion for a local wood shop.
