This Dog Stops His Mom’s Panic Attacks In Their Tracks

Meet Brantley, a service dog who has transformed the life of his mom, Morgan. Brantley has been trained to interrupt any behavior related to Morgan’s anxiety disorder, mental health issues, and cardiac problems. He is a true lifesaver and has become essential to Morgan’s life.

Morgan has been dealing with severe anxiety and mental health issues, along with cardiac problems that cause her to faint. Brantley has been trained to alert Morgan before she passes out and to wake her up by laying on her and applying pressure when she does. Although a service dog was recommended to Morgan by several doctors, she never thought it could actually happen due to financial constraints and the need for the perfect dog.

Brantley’s journey to Morgan wasn’t an easy one. She adopted him when he was six months old, but before that, he had been with three other families who couldn’t handle his high energy levels. They deemed him too high-strung and returned him. However, Morgan saw something special in Brantley and was determined to make it work. She adopted him immediately, and from the moment they met, she felt more relaxed, even before he had been trained to do any tasks.

When Morgan first got Brantley, he feared people and new surroundings, much like Morgan herself. He was also timid, which mirrored Morgan’s personality. Over time, the two have helped each other break out of their shells. Morgan has trained Brantley to be more friendly and outgoing, while he has helped her feel more comfortable and confident in various situations.

Now, Brantley is a skilled service dog and a playful and affectionate companion. He loves to play with other dogs. He lays down with his ears flat like a lion before pouncing on them. His favorite activities include playing ball outside and going to the beach. If Morgan isn’t feeling well, she pushes herself to do these activities which distracts her from feeling ill.

With Brantley by her side, Morgan can now enjoy nature, go for walks, and even go shopping without the constant need for a family member’s presence. Brantley has not only improved Morgan’s physical health but has also had a significant impact on her mental well-being.

Morgan and Brantley strive to make each other happy and do what’s best for one another. Morgan believes that Brantley wants the best for her, just as she wants the best for him. Together, they have overcome numerous challenges and continue to support each other every step of the way. This duo is proof that with love, anything is possible. We are so grateful that Morgan and Brantley found each other. To meet the super dog and see him in action, click ‘play’ on the video below.
