TMC leader’s pet brought for treatment to govt hospital in ambulance: Suvendu Adhikari | Kolkata News


Sharing a purported video on his social media handle ‘X’, BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari Friday alleged that a TMC leader took her pet dog for treatment to a village government hospital at Amtala, South 24 Parganas, using a public ambulance.

Supporting Adhikari, BJP leader Sufal Ghatu said that while doctors are protesting against rape and murder of woman doctor in RG Kar, dogs are being taken for treatment to hospitals, meant for people.

Hospital authorities, however, claim they did not give any treatment to the TMC leader’s dog.

TMC leaders Nabakumar Betal, wife Somasree Betal did not comment.
