A van and two dogs have been seized by police after they stopped suspected hare coursers yesterday.
A thermal imager and two mobile phones were also taken after a vehicle was stopped n Spalding on Sunday (December 17).
“Officers were called to reports of hare coursing this morning in the Pinchbeck area,” a statement by the Lincolnshire Police Rural Crime Action Team said.
“A white Vauxhall Astra van was stopped in Spalding shortly after and two hare coursers were arrested. One vehicle seized
“Two greyhounds that will make fabulous pets if forfeited in court were seized.

“One thermal imager, poorer quality than the norm, was nevertheless still seized.
“Lastly, two mobile phones were also seized. Not in our county.”
Last week two hare coursers caught in Crowland were ordered to pay more than £10,000 in fines and costs and slapped with driving bans after appearing in court.
