MADISON (WKOW) — The Wisconsin Dog Fair returned to the Alliant Energy Center after a five year break.
The event, hosted by Badger Kennel Club, returned for its 32nd year. People were able to learn more about dog breeds from a range of experts and shop for their own pets from a number of vendors.
The dog fair featured live demonstrations and educational talks on everything from obedience to breed standards.
“We’re all about representing the different breeds, showing the public about what good dog ownership looks like, getting people excited about their dogs and what they can do with them,” Chair of the Wisconsin Dog Fair Chelsea Updike said.
More than 100 breeds were featured at the event.
