FAIRFIELD COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Fairfield County deputies have arrested a woman accused of causing a fire that killed a cat and a dog, said FCSO.
Alexia Robinson, 25, faces several charges including 2nd degree arson, and animal cruelty resulting in death.
According to investigators, on January 6, Robinson intentionally set a fire inside a RV/camper at the Broad River Campground, which resulted in the death of both pets.
She was arrested on Monday, Jan. 13, and is being held at the Fairfield County Detention Center.
The investigation is ongoing, according to the sheriff’s office.
