In this tale, we meet a woman who received a call about a skinny dog near a highway and rushed to assist. Upon arrival, she found the dog in dire straits. The poor pup was emaciated, his bones visible, and his fur nearly gone. He was too weak to move. It was surely a heartbreaking sight.
He sought refuge under a small billboard, shielding him from the elements. Determined to help, a rescuer who was moved by his suffering gently picked him up and placed him in a kennel.
