Woof Gang Bakery expands 9 treat product lines

MIAMI — In what it calls a “consumer-centric development,” Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming launched more than 40 new pet treats on Nov. 12. The treats, ranging from chips and jerky to functional chews, are part of nine expanded product lines. According to the company, the new treats were developed in response to passionate customer feedback and demand. 

“We believe that all pets deserve treats — and they should be natural, high quality and delicious,” said Ricardo Azevedo, chief executive officer of Woof Gang. “From rigorous research and testing to truly taking our customers’ feedback and desires into account, we believe these new products live up to the expectations of pets and pet parents everywhere. The treat line expansion is part of a strategic growth plan to continue providing the best service and selection to our communities across the country.”

Woof Gang aims to enhance the treat experience for pets and pet parents, ensuring consumers would have access to hand-picked treats that are exclusive to Woof Gang locations. All the products are made with natural ingredients and are free from artificial ingredients and preservatives, according to Woof Gang. 

The expanded treat lines include:

• Crunchy Chips
  • These are made with just one ingredient and are naturally air-dried to deliver a satisfying taste and crunch. The treats are available in four flavors: Chicken, Turkey, Bully, and Sweet Potato.
• Crunchy Straws
  • Available in Tuna, Chicken, and Sweet Potato, these straws provide a new, crunchy texture to compliment the brand’s Chips line. Made with 100% naturally air-dried protein, these treats are designed for pet parents looking for a variety of flavors and textures.
• All Natural Biscuits
  • Free from wheat, corn, soy, artificial ingredients, and preservatives, these biscuits are available in more than 12 flavors and offer savory and sweet options.
• Turkey Tendons
  • High in protein and sourced in the United States, these treats are designed to be a safe alternative to rawhide and come in four shapes and sizes: Full Tendon, Half Tendon, Turkey Rings, and Turkey Bones.
• Jerky Line
  • Free from added salt, sugar or cane molasses, these treats are available in MSC-certified Wild-Caught Salmon, USDA Organic Turkey, Chicken, and Beef.
• Bark-B-Q-Picks
  • These barbecue-flavored treats are high-protein jerkies crafted using premium-sourced protein and no artificial additives, according to the company. They are available in three shapes and flavors: chicken flavor in a savory nugget, pork flavor in a strip, and beef flavor in a patty.
• Natural Chews
  • These are customer favorites of existing natural chews, packaged for on the go. Designed to promote bone and joint health, skin and coat wellbeing, and overall dental health, these bagged treats include Chicken Fillets, Bully Sticks, Chicken Feet, and Pig Ears varieties.
• Functional Treats
  • Formulated to elevate wellbeing, these treats are designed for pets of all sizes and offer choices to support specific needs including digestive, skin and coat, and hip and joint health.
• Dental Chews
  • Available in two sizes, these treats can be given to big and small pups, both enriched with collagen and vitamin C to help maintain dental hygiene by cleaning teeth and freshening breath.
