Logan Paul has again broken his silence on the widespread backlash he has been facing for allegedly pushing his dog, Broley, off the boat four years back.

New Delhi: WWE celebrity and influencer Logan Paul addressed the latest controversy involving a resurfaced video of his dog “Broley” jumping off a boat. He is alleged of pushing his dog from the boat into the deep water and has been dealing with widespread backlash ever since the video went viral. He recently shared another clarification where he denied any wrongdoing and insisted that the dog jumped voluntarily and that he didn’t intentionally harm his pet, a Siberian Husky.
For those unversed, a four-year-old video of Paul and his dog Broley has resurfaced on the internet in which Paul and his friends can be seen having fun in a boat on a lake. Broley is seen on the edge of the boat as he ultimately jumps off into the water. The footage sparked outrage as many believed that Paul was forcing his god to dive in for YouTube “content”.

He shared a new video on the viral controversy, issuing a clarification over the same saying that “he would never” do this to his dog. “We would NEVER, EVER, EVER, push Broley off the boat,” he told TMZ. For the last couple of days, he has been continuously denying all the allegations and giving a fresh take on it by sharing a detailed clarification. He shared the video in high definition and in slow motion to delicately reveal all the minor details for which some users have lauded him.

The explanation
Paul explained that Broley jumped into the water on his own and the hand seen in the video, which several are claiming to be pushing the dog, is actually trying to prevent him from jumping off. In the minute-long video, Paul urged the viewers to observe Broley’s body language and his eye movement, emphasising that the jump was a voluntary action as the dog had spotted something which grabbed his attention and took off.
