OVERLAND PARK, KAN. — Hill’s Pet Nutrition, a division of Colgate-Palmolive, announced the promotion of Yvonne Hsu to the role of US president and general manager, effective in May. Hsu replaces Nicki Baty who left the company to pursue other professional opportunities after serving in the role since September 2020.
Hsu has worked for Colgate-Palmolive and its subsidiaries for almost 25 years, most recently serving as executive vice president of global innovation and growth at Hill’s. She joined the pet food company in 2018 as the marketing director.
During her tenure at Hill’s, Hsu led the overall strategy of the company’s brands, innovation, digital transformation and analytics.
“Her strategic leadership has shaped the 2025 strategic plan, as well as initiatives to deliver against those commitments,” the company said. “Under her guidance, Hill’s has delivered a new Brand Promise Framework, robust three-year innovation grids, continued expansion of our digital ecosystem, and the building of Hill’s data foundation.”
Hsu received her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University’s SC Johnson Graduate School of Management.
