You know us: we LOVE animals. And one local organization that’s done a whole lot for our animal population is the nonprofit PetFix, based in Euclid. They provide lo-cost spaying and neutering for rescues, feral cat caretakers and individual cat and dog owners, cutting down pet overpopulation and needless euthanasia. Since it launched in 2006, it has fixed more than 100,000 dogs and cats! So we also love PetFix.
And they’re having a fundraiser, taking place at the Beachwood Truck Park Patio, 24619 Chagrin Boulevard. Your $40 ticket gets you food from the Spud N More food truck (vegan options are available), cold drinks including a selection of craft beers and non-alcoholic drinks, games for you and your dog (yes, he/she is welcome too!) including cornhole and pet contests, and the chance to win raffle prizes.
