Elsmere’s park is equipped with agility obstacles, separate spaces for small and large dogs and plenty of terrain and seating for you and your dog to enjoy. This dog park is open to the public from dawn to dusk.

The New Castle County Bark Park is particularly popular, and for good reason. The fully fenced-in space makes for a stress-free, off-leash play experience. Head to the parking lot off of Buck Jersey Road for the quickest access to the dog park.

This park is known for being clean, well-maintained and extremely welcoming. It’s great for socialization on a nice day but can also be quiet during less busy times.
