Dodger is about 2-years-old, a spirited German shorthaired pointer mix with a heart as vast as his energy. Found wandering as a stray, he was very thin upon arrival. He’s now on a loving path to recovery, needing a little extra help to reach his ideal weight. Dodger is full of life and a bit enthusiastic on the leash, a nod to his hunting dog heritage, so he’ll benefit from some patient training. Dodger is incredibly sweet and craves constant affection. He gets along well with other dogs but would do best in a cat-free home. He’s looking for a family that can match his enthusiasm and shower him with attention. He is current on vaccinations and will be neutered prior to adoption.
Monona is about 1-year-old, a domestic shorthair tabby with a gorgeous coat of black, brown, and tan. She was found wandering as a stray before finding her way to the shelter. Monona is always eager to greet new friends with a gentle nudge. She’s incredibly comfortable with being picked up and loves a good cuddle. Outgoing and affectionate, Monona thrives on human interaction and delights in playful moments with her favorite wand toy. With a beautifully calm demeanor, she’s the perfect mix of relaxed and ready for affection. She’s current on vaccinations and will be spayed prior to adoption.
